Rent an apartment in England for a few months?

If I came to England for a few months under the proper vistor’s visa (6 months) could I rent an apartment if i found a short-term lease or would I have to stay in a hotel the whole time? I know sometimes to rent you have to show proof of a bank account in England, etc. Does that apply here?

Renting an apartment short term in Kuala Lumpur – can anyone help?

We are travelling to Kuala Lumpur the end of this month and would like to know how we can rent an apartment for a couple of months cheaply. I have emailed a Real estate Company in Malaysia but didn’t get an answer, I have filled in forms on their websites to apply for an apartment but again, no answer! Can anybody help me. Thx

I need to rent an apartment for 3 months in Hong Kong from June – September. I need it to be completely furnished with either room service once a week or a convenient laundry room in the building. Where do i go to rent an apartment in kiev Ukraine for short term week/10days?

I will be in kiev toward the end of december and looking for rent an apartment. i was wondering how do i do that? and how much should i expect to pay?
i prefer to be in the middle of downtown but what other areas that are nice and no so expensive and how do i find those apartments?

How to rent an apartment in Vancouver for 3 months?

I’d like to go to Vancouver for a 3 month holiday but can’t seem to find a place to stay. I can’t afford to spend $100 a night on a serviced apartment but regular apartments require a minumum lease of 6 months. I have around 2000 canadian dollars (£1300) to spend a month.

Any Ideas?

Where can I rent short term in Orlando area?

Trying to find a place to rent/lease temporarily in the Orlando area while I search for employment. Preferably the north Orlando area in Seminole county. I need somewhere to stay Month-Month that will take me based on credit and the cash I can pay. I’m finding it difficult to rent an apartment with no job. Have enough saved for a years lease but having no luck!
