Where can I find apartment rentals in Italy online?

I’d like to teach English in Italy. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good website to use to look for long-term apartment rentals in Italy? Specifically the areas around either Milan or Tuscany. All of the apartment rental sites I find online are for short term use, but I plan on staying at least one year. Any suggestions?! Thanks!

Short term apartment rentals in LA?

Me and 4 friends are going to LA for a month in July/August and we don’t want to stay in a hotel for that long so we were thinking of renting an apartment.

Has anyone done this before? Is it a good idea? Any advice or experiences?

Due to the terrible economy, I’m considering relocating to another area to find work. I’m thinking about traveling to multiple cities/states, and staying a couple weeks in each one to explore the opportunities each might offer. Does anyone out there know of a reliable site or service that provides short term house, or even apartment rentals? I’m thinking 1-2 weeks in each location, but no more than a month! I just really don’t want to stay in a hotel for weeks at a time! :-) Thanks for the help!! :-)

Short term apartment rentals in Sydney?

Looking at accommodation for 6 – 8 weeks?
Which is the best place to look? Real estate websites? Holiday accommodation seems to be so expensive as it is meant for short short term as in one or two weeks, so where else can we look?
