I have been working at my job for a year and a couple months. I am a contractor,meaning I am not an actual employee and do not have as many benefits. In a month and a half I will be having a total hip replacement and will not be able to work for about 5-8 weeks.

I just got my first apartment and I want to be able to still pay my rent.

How can I get on disability?

I will be moving to Springfield Missouri for an internship this summer and will only need an apartment for 2 or 3 months. Are there apartments in Springfield that offer that short of a lease, and if so what are the names/phone numbers of these apartments?

Short-term/ month to month w/ utilities paid, without app. fees for now. Just need a place to stay till we find a home. Any suggestions? We live in PHX and there are 2 bedroom places like that here. We plan on leaving in late AUG. early SEPT. Any help would be great and appreciated. Thanks.

The bank charged me $500 for this “short term interest” thing.. what is this for???? I am closing on 11/08 .. does this have anythign to do with whether you close on the 1st of a month?

I’m currently unable to leave my house without finding somewhere for our puppy to stay. He is almost 7 months old and howls continuously while we are away. We live in an apartment and our neighbors are extremely unhappy. Anybody know any short term fixes?

hi im planning on going for a 2 week trip to new york for our grad thing.theres six of us and we thought hotel but it costs so much money. i said “hey lets rent an apartment” and they said that was a good idea but the problem is its still a lot of money and some have minimum amounts of time you can stay so if anyone has a suggestion on where we should rent and somewhere thats well priced hopefully 400 a week i dont know if thats a possibility while still having quality thank you in advance for all the help

I am putting the basement of my house for rent and just got a response asking if the apartment is available for “short term lease”. I am new to this so what exactly does it entail?

In the Ad i put that rent is 800 dollars a month and that was pretty much it.
