for now you can put a humidifier in the room with her to help her breathe, and force feed her wet food/water slurry to keep her food and water intake up.
all cats have the bacteria for upper resp, but stressful times that weaken their immune system bring the infection out. so keep them isolated until the kitten is better and make sure to wash your hands, clothes, food dishes, anything that has come in contact with the kittens saliva or mucus, because that is what transfers the bacteria.

Keep her quarantined till her infection clears up (about a week). Wash your hands after handling her. Make sure she eats and drinks. If she’s not eating, you can warm her food a bit to make it smell stronger (cats won’t eat what they can’t smell). Boil some chicken to make an unseasoned chicken broth for her to drink if she’s not drinking. Serve it warm as well. If she’s congested, steam up the bathroom and let her breathe the steam to loosen congestion. The vet will give her antibiotics so make sure to give her all the medicine, even if she seems well.
