short term lease apartment/house in pune during august and september?

i will be in Pune from August 11th until the end of September. i am looking for an apartment/house that offers short term lease or monthly rates. furnished or semi furnished a must. i am looking to spend around 25000rs or less….if utilities are included i am obviously willing to pay more. i have checked a few websites but am not having much luck as of yet. if anyone can offer some other web sites or direct leasing companies it would be much appreciated…thanks in advance.
