Where can I rent short term in Orlando area?
Trying to find a place to rent/lease temporarily in the Orlando area while I search for employment. Preferably the north Orlando area in Seminole county. I need somewhere to stay Month-Month that will take me based on credit and the cash I can pay. I’m finding it difficult to rent an apartment with no job. Have enough saved for a years lease but having no luck!

Lake Buena Vista (well that technically is Orlando) has lots of cheap but beautiful properties. In the phone book, numbers and addressess are listed under “lake buena vista” but it’s really Orlando. Really close to Disney World too! Rent prices I would say are about 2,000 a month. Not too shabby.

Check on Craigslist. You will find several subleases posted on there so you may find what your looking for. Also listed are temp. housing which may appeal to you also.

Well in Seminole county depending on where you are staying you can always check into Homestead Suites. Its a hotel, but is like a studio. There is one in Altamonte Springs, FL right near I-4 so its a good area. Or you could try Candlewood Suites. Basically I would suggest an extended stay hotel.
