What kind of contract for a “Buyer Possession” on home?
The event that something goes wrong we had for this type of the pet but in two underwriters so closing is delayed for about week.

You simply do not give early occupancy. Doing so, while seeming a kind and thoughtful courtesy, can create a real mess if his financing fails to come through. If he fails to fund properly, you now have a tenant living in the premises which you will need to evict if he does not leave willingly.
