this is in the vicinity of a military installment and i believe that is in harford county or not far from it maybe cecil county, that is in maryland and in maryland i am not sure what kind of revenue is generated from leasees in reference to county and military real estate, so your best bet would be to get in touch with county officials, or preferably if you are in the military then you can go through your barracks and find out how much you would yield in savings by on base in comparison to off base military housing.
The condition of your question would be easier to answer if you indicated if you were military affiiiated or just a civilian working individual. There are a lot of security issues associated in living near the vicinity you are referering, hopefully i could spur some initiative for you to find out if some of these references are applicable to your anticipated living community.
