It sounds like you already sent them some money. Contact the Attorney General’s office for your state. They will be able to tell you what government agency can help you.
Do NOT accept help from random strangers on here who pretend to know what they are talking about… there is at least one poster on this question who has given flatly wrong legal advice on other questions… and what you’re asking for here is legal advice. Anyone who pretends to have an answer for you or who asks for more information (and is therefore indicating they can help you from here) is incompetent to help you anyway. And for GOD’s sake don’t send anyone on here money to help you (as you seem to offer.)
Good luck; all of the info is not posted above but it sounds like you might have a struggle on your hands. Get some sound advice on your own about how to proceed.
